1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the content of the UGC NET JRF 2026: 8-Week Crash Course (the “Course”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and User Account

  • Age: You must be 18 years or older to purchase and enroll in the Course.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree not to share your course access with any other person. Sharing of login details will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
  • Accurate Information: You warrant that all information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Course Access and Delivery

  • License: Upon full payment of the Course Fee, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
  • Course Term: Access to the course content is granted for the duration of the 8-week crash course and an additional [ 3 months] for revision, expiring on [January 31, 2026].
  • Changes to Content: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Course content, schedule, or delivery format to maintain the quality and relevance of the Scientifically Engineered Pedagogy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

  • Ownership: All course materials, video lectures, text, graphics, unique teaching methodologies, and the proprietary selection of high-yield concepts used in the Course are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Abhidnya Learning and its creator(s).
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
    • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the course materials.
    • Record, download, or capture video lectures, screens, or live classes.
    • Share your login, course files, or passwords with any third party.
    • Use the content for any commercial purpose or to create derivative educational products.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

We, led by a veteran academic, have employed proven L&D principles to create this course. However, we do not warrant or guarantee any specific outcome, including passing the UGC NET/JRF exam. Your success depends on your effort, diligence, and prior knowledge. The course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Abhidnya Learning be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Course, including, but not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or missed exam opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Course.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Mumbai City/Jurisdiction in India].
